The human house has changed too!
So now that the important things have been established, its time to tackle the human house.
As background this is a 1986 wood ranch house. At some point there was an addition that added a dining room and more space the master bed room. However for the last 10 +years it has been a rental and the last 2 years it has been empty. This means that when we bought it it needed a lot of love. A LOT!
Here is the walk through from the day we first saw the house.
